Our beautiful glass bases provide the perfect foil for your shade. Sourced from small family run firm near Venice, the exceptional smoky grey hue is a perfect colour for any interior.
Their stunning shape has an amazing quality of not taking up any visual space in a room – we have shown customers that even the largest bottle can sit happily in a small space without appearing dominant. The lovely reflective nature of the glass is an added dimension to the quality of the light in the room.
For situations when a more striking base is needed, our glass bases can be created with either a very bright or very dark silver pewterized finish. These are made to order – please ring us for details.
All bases are finished to a very high standard, with hand turned oak stops and 2.5 metres of quality cotton braided flex with inline switches. (Longer flex is available on request.)
The bases are available in four sizes:
54L: H 26″ / W 18″ (H 66 / W 45 cm)
34L: H 22″ / W 16″ (H 55 / W 40 cm)
20L: H 19″ / W 14″ (H 48 / W 35 cm)
10L: H 15″ / W 11″ (H 38 / W 27 cm)
