Lamp Bases

TMO Lighting has three ranges of lamp bases - glass bottles, natural wood and willow. Lamp bases can be purchased separately or with our lampshades.

Our glass bottles are sourced from Italy and are finished to a high standard, with hand turned oak stops. They are the framework to display the range of shades and have the amazing quality of not taking up any visual space in a room. We have shown customers that even the largest bottle can sit happily in a small space without appearing dominant.

Our natural wood lamp bases are made to order by local craftsmen to our own designs. They are available in both standard lamp and table designs, and are made from sustainably sourced, indigenous woods, such as ash, oak, walnut and silver birch. Other wooden lampbases can be seen here.

Working with traditional weavers, we have also produced a range of English willow lamp bases which work well in both traditional and contemporary settings.
